We applied for the permission for changes in reactor installation (basic design), the approval for construction planning (detailed design) and for changes in safety regulations (operational management, system) to Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) for being reviewed regarding conformance to new regulatory requirements of Genkai nuclear power station No.3, 4 on July 12^th 2013, with the enforcement of the new regulatory requirements on July 8^th 2013.

　We announce that we received the permission for changes in reactor installation from NRA today.

　We will make an effort to deal with the NRA's inspections regarding the approval for construction planning and for changes in safety regulations sincerely.
