We announce that we received the construction planning permission (detailed design) from Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) today. We applied for it on July 12^th 2013 in order to be reviewed regarding conformance to new regulatory requirements of Genkai nuclear power station No.3.

　We will apply for pre-operation test to confirm that the safety measure equipment at the power station is in accordance with the permitted construction planning.

　In addition, we will submit amendments regarding the construction planning permission of Genkai No.4 and the permission for change in safety regulations as soon as we are ready.

　We will continue to diligently and carefully handle to the NRA's review, and make efforts to communicate with the community.
