If your company is interested in supplying products to Kyushu Electric Power, please first contact the Purchase Planning and International Procurement Group of the Marerials and Fuels Department of the Head Office.

1. When you introduce your company and candidate products, please fill in the prescribed "Company Profile and Product Description" forms which are obtainable from the Purchase Planning and International Procurement Group of the Materials and Fuels Department of the Head Office. Submit those forms together with a catalog of your products and any relevant technical information.

   We ask that the material you submit focuses on the following areas.
   
   

   	(1) Product Standard
   	Quality and performance Conformity to the relevant laws and regulations, criteria, and standards Safety Compatibility with existing equipment Ease of maintenance Reasonableness of price Track record of previously supplied products
   	(2) Delivery
   	Punctuality Guarantee of stable supply Quick response to emergency
   	(3) After-sales Service
   	Good cooperation in maintenance (including providing alternative sources in case of the suspension in manufacturing parts) Appropriate response to complaints and trouble
   	(4) Follow-up
   	Positive efforts toward upgrading products Disclosure of news relevant to your product

2. Kyushu Electric Power shall confirm the demand for the product you wish to supply and the benefits of dealing with your company on the basis of the data submitted. In this way, Kyushu Electric Power shall determine if your company and your product are sufficiently attractive.
3. Kyushu Electric Power does not purchase parts and semifinished products except when it needs them for repair of equipment and/or replacement of parts.
