In principle, Kyushu Electric Power shall request your company to conduct, at your own expense, a trial manufacture of the product according to our standards and specifications and a product test, the details of which are included in Kyushu Electric Power's "Standards and Specifications" manual.
- Kyushu Electric Power employees shall conduct on-site examinations to examine your company's manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
- If your company and its product pass the evaluations, your company shall then be registered as a prospective supplier of that particular product. Kyushu Electric Power shall notify you of the results.
