We are pleased to inform you that we have received approval from the Nuclear Regulation Authority for the extension of the operational period for Units 1 and 2 at Sendai Nuclear Power Station. Approval was granted to extend the operational life span for another 20 years and the proposed changes to reactor facility safety regulations. The application was submitted to the NRA on October 12, 2022.
