Kyuden Group Integrated Report 2023
Today we have released the “Kyuden Group Integrated Report 2023” (both Japanese and English version).
The Kyuden Group has been issuing integrated reports since fiscal 2021 to communicate comprehensively financial and non-financial information and to provide a consistent story on our medium-to-long term vision, strategies, and key initiatives.
In this report, we have focused on clearly communicating the value creation story based on the strengths of the Kyuden Group. Along with a message from our president, we have enhanced the content by addressing the following points:
- Initiatives toward Sustainable Enhancement of Corporate Value
－Analysis of the current situation and future direction towards PBR being constantly above 1
－Growth through the realization of carbon neutrality by leveraging our strengths as an industry leader in decarbonization
－Further strengthen human capital management - Information regarding Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD)
－Initiatives based on TNFD recommendations (beta version) - Governance Information
－Enhanced disclosure of discussions in the Board of Directors, structure of executive remuneration and cross-shareholdings
Going forward, we will continue to improve and enhance information disclosure, including the publication of this report, to facilitate and strengthen communication with our stakeholders. Through these efforts, we aim to improve and enhance our initiatives for the sustainable growth of the Kyuden Group and society.
