Information regarding the publication of Kyuden Group Annual Report 2020
Today, we have published the Annual Report 2020 and a digital copy is available on our company’s website (see the link below).
The Annual Report provides financial and non-financial information in an integrated manner with the aim of helping shareholders and investors understand our long-term strategies for enhancing our corporate value and the ways we are contributing to the sustainable development of society.
This report features an interview with our new external director Ms. Sakie Tachibana Fukushima and, in response to the growing interest in ESG, we have included the following items:
- Response to climate change based on TCFD recommendations(1)
- SASB INDEX(2)

| (1) | TCFD：Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures This task force was established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) at the request of the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting. In June 2017, TCFD issued a set of recommendations to encourage the disclosure of information related on the financial impacts of climate-related risks and opportunities, to aid investors in making appropriate investment decisions. |
| (2) | SASB：Sustainability Accounting Standards Board This board has published industry standards for ESG disclosure, and we have disclosed information based on the standard "Electric Utilities & Power Generators." |
