　In recent years, we have been working towards the realization of the Kyuden Group Management Vision 2030, formulated in 2019, with the aim of contributing to a sustainable society and further evolving the Kyuden Group. We have been promoting various initiatives as a unified group in both the domestic electricity business and growth businesses, such as renewable energy, overseas business, ICT services, and urban development, continuing to grow together with the Kyushu region.

　However, the business environment surrounding our group is facing significant changes due to the instability of international affairs, increased power demand from new semiconductor and data centers, and the rapid advancement of digital technologies such as generative AI.

　In light of the changing landscape, we are pleased to announce that we have updated the Kyuden Group Management Vision 2030 and formulated the Kyuden Group Strategic Vision 2035. This new vision outlines our medium- to long-term management direction, looking towards 2035, aiming for further growth together with the Kyushu region, through our business activities.
