Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. will open a local office of its U.S.-based subsidiary, Kyuden Urban Development America, LLC (KUDA), in Torrance, California to strengthen its urban development business operations in the United States.

To date, Kyushu Electric Power and KUDA have participated in ten residential and logistics real estate development projects overseas. Through the opening of this new office, we will further enhance our local business execution capabilities to identify and pursue new investment and development opportunities in the United States.

The Kyuden Group will continue to proactively pursue urban development and placemaking initiatives toward the realization of the Kyuden Group Management Vision 2035.
