We have based our policy regarding the appropriation of profits on expanding shareholders' interest in medium to long-term perspective while maintaining the consecutive dividends.

The Interim Dividends for FY2024

Regarding the interim dividend for FY2024, we decided to distribute a dividend of ¥25 per common share, taking into account the performance of the current fiscal year as well as the medium to long-term financial outlook and balance. Additionally, for Class B preferred shares, we decided to distribute an interim dividend of ¥1 ,450,000 per share.

Forecasts of Year-End Dividends for FY2024

Regarding the year-end dividend forecast for FY2024, there have been no changes since the last announcement. We plan to distribute a dividend of ¥25 per common share (¥50 per year), taking into account the performance of the current fiscal year as well as the medium to long-term financial outlook and balance. Additionally, for Class B preferred shares, we plan to distribute a dividend of ¥1,450,000 per share (¥2,900,000 per year).
