The dividend forecast for FY2022 was undecided for both common shares and class A preferred shares due to the extremely uncertain situation of fuel prices and other factors caused by the current Russia – Ukraine crisis.

　Although we have made every effort possible to maintain stable dividends, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to pay interim dividends for both common shares and class A preferred shares, given the first quarter business results and continued uncertainty of fuel price trends due to the Russia – Ukraine crisis.

　Regarding the forecast for the year-end dividend, we will provide an update as soon as it is possible to make a sufficiently reliable forecast for FY2022.
