1. Overview
Total electricity sales volume by Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc., for the month of November 2006 came to about 6,517 million kWh, up about 5.2% from November 2005.

Sales volume in November 2006 increased by 3.7% from November 2005 as the meter-reading period was longer this year than in the previous year and as the industrial demand increased due to openings of commercial facilities.
