2. The Reason for Revision
Kyushu Electric Power has revised the financial forecasts as above taking into consideration increasing maintenance work on aged facilities and an impact of special measures on the unit prices of fuel cost adjustment system from January to March, 2009 while fuel cost is expected to decrease as fuel prices dropped.
