Our transmission and distribution business have been secured stable power supply and improved efficiency for reducing consignment charges, in addition to ensuring 'impartiality' and 'transparency' on introducing renewable energy.
　We will properly operate transmission and distribution business, not using consignment information other than for intended purposes and not discriminating its treatments discriminatory, based on 'Guidelines for proper power transaction' established by government, because facing business entry of newcomer and introduction of license system on April, 2016.

　We will introduce an in-house company to transmission and distribution business in order to ensure high neutrality on April, 2017. "Transmission and distribution business company(tentative name)" will set 'company president' , planning and management function, and internal auditing function, aim for ensuring further 'impartiality', 'transparency', 'neutrality' , and self-sustained operation.

　We are in the process of establishing organization with swiftness and flexibility on power generation and retail business in order to survive intense competition.
