For instance, it supports environmental preservation activities in the Bougatsuru wetlands in the Kita-Kuju mountain range along with local communities, utilizes its water conservation forest for educational activities, and supports local organizations in their activities to support the future generation.

In addition, the company strives to create a workplace that respects human rights and allows its employees to flourish. To further improve awareness for the respect of human rights, the company holds training events regarding human rights and social integration and promotes initiatives for the support of childcare and a stronger work life balance.
