Issuance of Kyushu Electric Power Company's 506th Bonds and 507th Bonds (Transition Bonds)

 Kyushu Electric Power Company Incorporated has decided to issue its 506th and 507th domestic straight bonds (Transition Bonds*). This offering is arranged for institutional investors.

* Corporate bonds issued for the purpose of using the funds from them for initiative that are in line with the company's long-term transition strategies to reduce greenhouse gas. (previously announced on April 28, 2022).
