Kyuden International Corporation, a member of the Kyuden Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ACWA Power, the Saudi listed company.

　ACWA Power has 90 renewable energy, seawater desalination, and green hydrogen projects in 13 countries around the world, including the Middle East, Africa and Central and Southeast Asia, providing 65.2 GW of power generation and 8.05 million m3 per day of water desalination. This MOU was signed in conjunction with COP29, the 29th Conference of the United Nations Climate Change, held in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Kyuden Group and ACWA Power have confirmed that the MoU will provide scope for collaboration on renewable energy and green hydrogen projects worldwide, including Central Asia and Southeast Asia, to achieve carbon neutrality.
