Step 1.

Contact your nearest Kyushu Electric Power Customer Service Office.

Once your moving-in day has been decided, please contact your nearest Kyushu Electric Power Customer Service Office.

Step 2.

Switch the limiter to the “入” position

In your new residence, lift the lever on your limiter to “入” and the electricity will turn on. If the electrical service doesn’t start after turning it on to “入”, please contact your nearest customer service office.

Apply for your preferred method of payment

Once your moving-out day has been decided, please contact your nearest Kyushu Electric Power Customer Service Office.

When contacting us regarding your plans to move out, please inform us of your Customer Number「お客さま番号」(Okyakusama-Bango) in addition to your name and address. Your Customer Number is written on your “Notification of Electricity Consumption”「電気ご使用量のお知らせ票」(Denki Goshiyo-Ryo-no Oshirase) or on your “Electricity Charges Simplified Receipt”「電気料金領収証」(Denki Ryokin Ryoshusho).

Step 2.

Flip the switch to “切” to turn off the limiter

When leaving your residence for the last time, pull down the lever on the limiter to “切” to turn off the power.

Pay your final bill

When cancelling your contract, your final bill will be calculated as the number of days from the previous date of inspection to the date of service cancellation.
