Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co.,Inc. was spun off from Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. in April 2020. Since then, we have been dedicated to fulfilling our unwavering mission of delivering electricity in a stable and efficient manner. We have done this by accumulating technical expertise and by striving to build and operate a disaster-resilient transmission and distribution network.

In recent years, management has become more focused on the value we provide to society, including our responses to social challenges such as carbon neutrality and enhancing resilience. Other important aspects include efficient business operations under the revenue cap system and expanding our business scope to achieve growth.

Amidst these circumstances, in April 2023, we established the "kyudensouhai Management Philosophy."
