Efforts to Ensure Neutrality
We introduce our efforts to ensure fairness and transparency in the use of our power transmission and distribution network.
01. Conduct Regulation

Code of Conduct
To ensure greater fairness, transparency, and neutrality in the use of our transmission and distribution network, we have established a “Code of Conduct” that all directors and employees must adhere to. -
Entrusted Operations
Based on the "Guideline for Fair Electricity Transactions," when our company is entrusted with operations for a retail electricity, power generation, or specific wholesale supply business from a specified related business operators, we will publicize the equivalent operations that can be entrusted. -
Concurrent Employment for Employees
Based on the "Guidelines for Appropriate Electricity Trading," if we hold a concurrent position with a specified related business operator, we will disclose the details of that position.
02. Power Transmission and Distribution Rules
Based on the nationwide transmission and distribution rules (Operational Rules and T&D Operations Guidelines) formulated and published by the Organization for Cross-regional Coordination of Transmission Operators,Japan (OCCTO), we have established four internal rules for our existing T&D operations. By complying with these, we will ensure even greater fairness and transparency in the use of our T&D network (effective April 1, 2015).

03. Business Improvement Plan
Based on Article 27, Paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Act, we have formulated a business improvement plan aimed at preventing recurrence in response to the business improvement order (April 17, 2023).
